1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, browsing, or using any application, website, content, or digital service provided by Golden Roots (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Services. Your continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Scope

You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or, if required by applicable law, have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

These Terms apply to the Golden Roots website, mobile apps, related online features, customer support interactions, and any updates or upgrades we provide unless a separate agreement applies to a specific product or feature.

3. Description of Services

Golden Roots develops and operates digital products such as utility, productivity, finance, scanning, and other software tools. Features, design, supported platforms, supported languages, and availability may differ by product, device, region, or app store.

We may add, remove, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including where changes are necessary for security, legal compliance, technical maintenance, or product direction.

4. Accounts and Optional Sign-In

Most Golden Roots Services can be used without creating an account. Some features may optionally allow account linking, sign-in, synchronization, cloud backup, restore, or device-to-device transfer.

If you choose to connect a third-party account such as Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for complying with the terms and privacy policies of the third-party provider.

We may disable or limit access to connected features if we reasonably believe they are being misused, create security risks, or are no longer supported by the third-party provider.

5. Payments, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Some Services may be offered free of charge, while others may include paid features, upgrades, one-time purchases, subscriptions, or in-app products. Pricing, billing frequency, refund eligibility, and taxes may be determined by the app store, payment processor, or platform through which you purchase access.

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are handled by the relevant platform provider. You are responsible for reviewing the billing terms presented at checkout and for managing cancellation or renewal settings through the applicable platform account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm Golden Roots, other users, or third parties. You must not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law
• use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• upload, transmit, or process malware, harmful code, spam, or unlawful content through or in connection with the Services
• interfere with, overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services, related servers, APIs, networks, or systems
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation, ownership, authority, or the source of your activity
• use automated means to scrape, copy, harvest, or republish material from the Services except as expressly allowed

7. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the information, records, documents, images, text, or other material that you create, store, scan, upload, or manage through the Services, subject to the technical operation of each product.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, backup, and appropriateness of your data and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to use any content you submit or process through the Services.

Where necessary to operate a requested feature, you grant Golden Roots a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, back up, or display your data solely for the purpose of providing that feature.

8. Intellectual Property and License

The Services, including software, code, visual design, branding, names, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and related materials, are owned by Golden Roots or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

Subject to these Terms, Golden Roots grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or internal lawful use only. This license does not transfer ownership and may be revoked if you violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services, Platforms, and App Stores

Some Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud infrastructure, storage, app distribution, billing, or payment processing. Those third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and technical controls.

If you download or use a Golden Roots app through an app store or platform such as Google Play, Apple App Store, or another marketplace, your use may also be subject to that platform's developer, payment, and distribution rules.

• Google or similar identity and cloud providers may be used for optional sign-in, backup, or synchronization features.
• Advertising, mediation, or monetization partners may be used in products that display ads or promotional content.
• Analytics, diagnostics, and infrastructure providers may help us monitor reliability, performance, and product quality.

10. Privacy, Permissions, and Device Features

Your use of the Services is also subject to the applicable Golden Roots Privacy Policy. Where an individual app has its own privacy page, that policy explains what data may be collected, how it is used, and what choices may be available to you.

Some Services may request device permissions such as camera, storage, notifications, or network access only to support relevant functionality. You may deny or revoke permissions through your device settings, but certain features may not function properly if required permissions are unavailable.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Golden Roots does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs, business processes, legal requirements, or devices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Roots and its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, Golden Roots' total aggregate liability for claims related to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Golden Roots for that Service during the twelve-month period before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if greater.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by discontinuing access, uninstalling the app, or deleting your local data where applicable.

Golden Roots may suspend, limit, or terminate access to part or all of the Services if reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, rights protection, product retirement, or material breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect updates to our Services, business practices, technology, legal obligations, or risk management needs. When we do, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and revise the Last updated date.

If applicable law requires additional notice for material changes, we will provide it in a manner we consider reasonable for the affected Service.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the competent courts of Thailand.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region of residence.
